Hello!

L isa M is a bit of a firecracker…a communication force of nature in the most pleasant way. She’ll make your marketing materials speak your voice and compel whatever action you seek. She’ll get along with everyone at your company, from owner to admin. And she’ll be relentless in her pursuit of communication excellence—in word, deed and design.

Designer
With a degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, Lisa began her design career at a small agency in Princeton, NJ. It took only months to realize she wasn’t built to be an employee, so she started her own design business when she was 24 years old and never looked back.

Communication Specialist
Lisa’s focus on the nuances of every element of communication is profound. She appreciates that the lifeblood of any successful business is clear communication. Get your message wrong, and you won’t be heard. Confuse your team, and they’ll follow your lead. Use the wrong tone of voice—spoken or written—and you’ll alienate those you wish to draw in. Lisa will help you find the ideal words and tone as you market to clients and address your staff so they all want to listen, engage, commit and keep coming back for more.

Certified Coach and Founder
Professional development is a striking feature of Lisa’s career. She is certified in life, executive, neuroscience and Conversational Intelligence® coaching, trained in DiSC®, credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), designated a Master Neuroplastician, founder of Presence Intelligence® and co-developer of PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™. She has a strong interest in the mechanics of the brain and its effect on the behavior that influences personal and business success. Her blend of aesthetic and behavioral mastery brings richness to her work which is marked by a commitment to authenticity and excellence.

Proud Mom
On a personal note, Lisa lives, works and plays in New Jersey. She raised three kids as a single Mom, which was a feat of sheer grit. Her kids are the apples of her eye, and she is thrilled that they’re thriving as young adults (and off her payroll)! She and her children trained together in martial arts and spent many years in hockey rinks, dark bars with black walls watching School of Rock performances, and throwing unforgettable parties for family and friends, near and far.
